Postage & Delivery Details

Parcels can only be tracked within the UK.

1. Orders sent via Royal Mails Recorded Delivery service (£3.95) will require a signature upon receipt.

2. Orders sent via Royal Mails Special Delivery service (5.95) will require a signature upon receipt. Items sent via Special Delivery will be delivered the next working day after receiving your despatch confirmation e-mail.

3. Items sent by Royal Mails International Signed For service may take up to 28 days to be delivered. Although a receipt of postage/parcel number will be obtained, once an item has left the UK, we cannot trace the item.

4. We can only guarantee delivery on a specific day if the Special Delivery service is chosen. Delivery can only be guaranteed on a working day (ie. Monday to Friday). IF you require a specific delivery date please note this on the 'additional notes' section of the checkout page or contact us immediately after placing your order.

5. We do not take responsibility for late or non-delivery due to factors outside of our control.

6. A parcel is not deemed missing or lost unless 15 working days has past. This is in accordance with Royal Mail. We do not issue refunds or replacement of goods unless 15 working days has past since your despatch date. After this time we will submit a claim to Royal Mail and either issue a refund or replace your lost goods.

7. If requested, upon despatch of your order, an e-mail confirming your Royal Mail parcel number will be sent to enable you to track delivery via www.RoyalMail.com

 

Trading Terms & Conditions

Please note that by placing an order with us you agree with our stated Terms & Conditions below.

1. Placement of an order is a binding contract. Orders may be cancelled within a 7 day period with no exceptions.

2. Goods will not be despatched until full payment is received. If paying by cheque, the cheque must clear before the goods are despatched.

3. All made to order items are subject to the stated 'make-times' unless prior agreement has been reached by both parties.

4. It remains your responsibility to ensure that you have stated the correct colours from the samples sent before proceeding with your order. We will not accept responsibility for incorrect details provided by the client.

5. Non-specification of colours or additionally requested information such as size requirements etc. will result in a delay. Your order start date will commence from the date that full payment and/or all required information is received.

6. Items which are handmade are subject to slight variation. The photographs on this website depict a representation of the completed article.

7. Due to the small components used in the construction of some designs, they are unsuitable for small children and should be kept out of reach at all times.

8. Returns Policy for Made-to-Order Items - All items from our collection are deemed bespoke and are non-refundable for any other reason than 'not suitable for the purpose for which they were intended'. In the unlikely event that an item is unfit for purpose, we must be notified within 2 days of receipt and returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt without exception.Items must be returned, unworn, in the same condition that they were sent and with all relevant packaging.

9. Any items returned to us are done so at your own risk. We highly recommed that you adequately insure and protect your parcel when returning items to us. If a returned item is not delivered to us then it is the senders responsibility to provide proof of postage and to submit a claim to Royal Mail. If an item arrives damaged due to poor protection then the cost will be decudted from the refund.

10. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that everything is completed to your satisfaction, if a mistake is made by us will endevour to rectify the situation without delay.

11. Your order may take the full specified make-time listed at the time of ordering. Please do not place an order if you require items sooner than the listed make-time unless prior agreement has been reached by means of e-mail confirmation. Any requests received for a required by date sooner than the listed make time will be ignored unless prior agreement has been reached.

12. The listed price is indicitive of the type, size and shape of beads/materials listed in each individual description. Any modifications to the required size/shape of beads used may alter the price. If in doubt, please e-mail for a quote prior to ordering. We reserve the right to refuse order which contain any unreasonable requests.

 

Alterations

Alterations to sizing may be carried out on certain items of jewellery and are charged at our discretion. Please note that certain bracelets and necklaces CANNOT be re-sized once made and in this case our Returns Policy applies.Most bracelet and necklace alterations are charged at £4.00 per piece with a return postage charg relative to the value of the item being returned.

 

Payment

We accept most major credit and debit cards on-line. Payment may also be made by paypal or cheque upon request. We do not have the facility to take payment by phone.
